The Cochrane Piranhas are creating a developmental coaching program that gives swimmers the opportunity to support their team first as volunteers and later as paid coaches. The long-term goal of this program is to develop future Head Coaches from within—promoting dedicated, service-minded swimmers who know the team’s values and culture.
