Hi Everyone,

What an amazing season we have had! Congratulations to all of our swimmers, coaches, and parents who make the Cochrane Piranhas such a special team.

As we head into our final stretch with Provincials and the end of the season, I just have a few final housekeeping items:

1. Moving to another club
If you are planning to move to another club, especially a winter club, please email me ASAP with the name of swimmer, the club your swimmer will be joining, along with the name and email address of the registrar for that club.

After August 31, summer clubs lose access to Sportlomo, which makes initiating a transfer much more difficult and time-consuming. If you let me know before then, I can complete the transfer easily after Provincials.

2. Returning for the 2027 season
If you are planning to return to the Piranhas next season, please watch for an email in November regarding pre-registration for the 2027 season. If you are not planning to return, please make sure you still respond to the pre-registration form to let us know. This will allow us to offer available spots to swimmers currently on our waitlist.

3. Fundraising and volunteer bonds
Michelle, our Treasurer, will be contacting everyone individually regarding fundraising and volunteer bonds in the next couple of weeks.
