Good morning, parents,

I hope this message finds you well.

My name is Mayra Regan, and I am leading the hospitality committee for our upcoming home meet. I am looking for four parent volunteers to join the committee and help make this event a success.

Responsibilities include:

• Contribute to menu planning
• Assist in the preparation and execution of the menu
• Assisting with purchasing food for the meet (one trip to Costco and one to No Frills)
• Helping with food prep on Friday, July 17
• Prepping and cooking on Saturday, July 18 (arrival at 6:00 a.m., as a light breakfast will be served at 7:00 a.m.)
• Requesting a coffee donation and picking up coffee from McDonald’s on July 18

We will also have parent volunteers for the am and pm shifts.

We will have an initial planning meeting on Friday, June 26 at 6:00 p.m. We may schedule one additional meeting if needed.
