URGENT MESSAGE To All Cochrane Piranhas Summer Swim Club Members,

I wanted to pass on a time sensitive message to all Cochrane Piranhas Members: the High River Swim Meet scheduled for Saturday June 21st in Nanton has been CANCELLED due to safety risks associated with the forecasted weather conditions. Due to the shortened season, regretfully, there will be no opportunity to reschedule this swim meet. We thank you for your patience and the Piranhas Board fully supports this decision.

Below is the an excerpt from the email below from our High River Swim Club:We just wanted to send a quick letter tonight to let everyone know the status of our meet this weekend. Since we weren’t able to host a meet in our home pool due to construction and repair issues, we hoped to have a great meet in Nanton. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t on our side this week, we were making arrangements to have swimmers indoors should the worst of the weather happen, but had planned on Friday being the decision day.....
