Hi parents,

If you are getting tired of all the emails from me over the past few days, imagine how it feels to be the one writing them ;)

I received an updated list of region E relay teams and have attached them.  I have also updated the document to show who is for sure on a team and who is an alternate at the moment.  Things are obviously changing quite a bit; so an alternate position can turn into a full position before Friday.

If anything changes and you are no longer able to attend for the regional relays, please let me know ASAP so that I can let the region reps know and they can make a substitution.
