Good luck to Blacktail swimmer Ollie and Coach Bryson and thanks to Coach Alexx
Coach Bryson and Oliver Johnson have both set off for Okotoks today to take part in the first Alberta Summer Games in 4 years.
Coach Bryson is coaching zone 3 swimmers (Calgary) and Oliver is swimming for zone 2
We wish them both well!!
In addition to the Summer Games, Coach Bryson was also selected to be an ASSA All Star coach for Swim Alberta Summer Provincials which will take place next weekend at MNP Centre. Bryson will be coaching ASSA swimmers from across the province who have achieved champs times and have qualified to take part in this exciting long course competition.
Yellow and Red swimmers will see a mixture of all 3 other coaches running practices for Bryson tonight, tomorrow and next week on Thursday and Friday as well. Its a great honour to be selected as one of the Summer Games and All Star Coaches and we are so happy for Bryson. We are hoping he comes back with lots of great new ideas to share with the rest of the coaches!!
Coach Alexx (NCSA Head Coach and dad to swimmers Elliott and Mai) has been working with the Black tail swimmers throughout June and July and tonight will be the last session that he helps coach and mentor. I am so appreciative of him taking the time to share his talents with our club. He will continue to help with coaching at the Swordfish meet this weekend as well as Regionals in August. Thank you Alexx!!!
