Hi everyone,

We are having a bit of trouble with swimmers continuing to arrive 15-20 minutes before their swim time.  Our user agreement only allows us access to the deck 5 minutes prior to the booking time.

What is happening is that swimmers are then going into the hot tub or leisure pool and end up being late for practice, or they go into these pools after practice.

Our user agreement does not include access to the other pools.  If we want to have 5 minutes in the hot tub it means we have to finish practice early and then use some of our rental time in the hot tub.  

Please do your best to help us work within the constraints of our user agreement.  When we are at the pool for practice we are ambassadors of the club and we want to present a good image to the public.

If swimmers are ready early they are more than welcome to wait in the bleachers until their swim time is closer.  If your family has a membership to spray lakes, please check in at the front desk prior to coming on deck in order to access the hot tub or leisure pool.  Note that there are age restrictions on using the facility without an adult as a member of the public.
