Hi again everyone,

Sorry for sending two messages in the same day but I just wanted to apologize for the schedule confusion. We as coaches were told that there was practice but it looks like the schedule posted on our website didn’t have today listed as a practice. 

The good news is that there are many more practices to come for the rest of the season but I understand that it is frustrating to miss practice due to miscommunication. We will do our best to make sure the schedule is correct going forward. 

As a general rule, we only cancel practice on the actual stat holiday (eg Victoria Day tomorrow, Canada day July 1st and Heritage day in august). 

Some group 3 afternoon practices will be cancelled on fridays if we have a swim meet that day (some swim meets are both Friday evening and all day Saturday). 

I will send a communication out tomorrow going over the swim meet expectations, meet readiness assessment, as well as information about regionals (open to all) and provincials (must qualify at regionals). 

Once again, please accept my apologies for the mix up today. We will do better going forward!
