It is important for you to attend, and have swimmers try on swimsuits so that the swimsuit you order fits properly. Team gear/apparel will also be available for sizing at the event. All team gear will be ordered through an online portal that will be linked to the registration announcement and in the online registration form. It is also important to attend and talk to our volunteer and fundraising coordinator about volunteer and fundraising commitments. |

Please specify dietary restrictions in the coaches notes section. What to bring: •Outside lawn games for the kids to play while we are having the AGM. •Lawn Chairs if we move outside or use the deck •We will have a liquor licence so you can bring your favorite drinks. ***IMPORTANT*** When signing up for Regionals please indicate in the comments for the coaches if your child will be attending Provincials in Edmonton August 12-14th if their relay team qualifies. Respond with either: (child's name) WILL attend provincials if their relay team qualifies OR (child's name) WILL NOT be attending provincials if their relay team qualifies. This will allow the coaches to put together teams that will compete at only the regional level as well as teams that will be able to go to provincials if they qualify. No substitutions of swimmers are allowed on relay teams that qualify for Provincials so if one swimmer cannot attend the entire team will have to be scratched. All times for start and end of session are estimated. More details will follow when teams publish their meet packages. Pease declare attendance for swimmers for all sessions. Undeclared will be assumed to indicate not attending. Sign up deadline is SUNDAY July 24th at 8 pm |

A reminder that the Swim-Mania is happening Tuesday June 28th. We will gather for a group picture on deck at 5:55 and then will start our 60 min continuous swim at 6 pm sharp. Group 1 will swim for 30 minutes (half from 6-6:30, half from 6:30-7) Groups 2 & 3 will swim for 60 min Please participate even if you choose not to collect pledges. This is a great chance for the swimmers to see just how far they can swim in 60 minutes!! |
