After the presentation our older swimmers will get a chance to have some pool time with Yuri.  

The 6-7pm pool session will be open to swimmers in the orange group and some invited silver swimmers.

There will be a $25 charge to participate in the pool session.  This will help us offset a portion of the cost of the Head-to-Head program. Payments can be e-transferred to [email protected] to confirm your spot.

Bottle Drive and Welcome BBQ Information:

This is our biggest fundraiser and a great way to meet team members and families.  RSVP by May 11th with people attending and indicate any food allergies and dietary restrictions.  

Important Information:

• Meeting Point: 9:45 am in the community of Heartland.  Map of meeting point.  Bottle Depot Trailer will be parked here.
• Swimmers need to check in with the coordinators (Dipika and or Tracy) to get $50 credit towards fundraising commitment.
• Will we be canvasing the communities of Heartland and Heritage Hills from 10:00 am-12:30pm.
• Need two volunteers to stay by the trailer and load donations as they come in. 

Welcome BBQ 

• Heartland Park near the Trailer starting at 12:30pm, there is a small playground and soccer field
• Please bring your own chairs
• Swimmers are welcome to bring soccer balls, frisbees etc to play with.

Time: Pizza Dinner – 6:00pm

AGM – 6:30pm

Awards – 7:30pm

Where: Cochrane Ranche Clubhouse Activity Center - Just off Hwy 1A at the Historic Cochrane Ranche

What to bring:

•Outside lawn games for the kids to play while we are having the AGM. 

•Lawn Chairs if we move outside or use the deck

•We will have a liquor licence so you can bring your favorite drinks. Kids drinks will be provided.
