Mayra Regan is a dedicated Registered Dietitian with training from Guatemala, Spain and Canada. She currently practices Nutrition and Diabetes Education at Stoney Health Services and The BSF. She is passionate about sports and healthy living. Mayra is also a proud mom of two Piranhas swimmers, Annabella and Christopher.

Mayra will discuss the following topics in her nutrition presentation: energy systems, macronutrients, hydration, pre-meet nutrition, snacks during a swimming meet, post-meet nutrition and the evidence on ergogenic aids.

We are blitzing the Sunset Community

All swimmers that participate for the full 2 hours will get a $50 credit towards their fundraising efforts.

Swimmers must register with Nicole(Fundraising Coordinator) to ensure they get credit for their efforts.

Please RSVP by May 7th so we can get a headcount for meals.  If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please indicate them on the RSVP page. We always try our best to accommodate everyone.
